Due to the abuse of our Return Policy by numerous customers, it makes it harder for us to take returns . Due to this abuse, The Marble Gypsy will be happy to take exchanges or issue store credit, but we will no longer be taking returns. Customer Service is our number one Priority and we will always try to work with all of our customers. All Sale Items over 30% off are final sale, we will not take returns or exchanges on these items.

All Sezzle orders are final sale.
Online orders can be returned for an exchange or store credit within 10 days of customer receipt. Any items returned for exchange must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, non-sale merchandise. Returned items must include all original tags.
Returns must be postmarked within 10 days from the time you receive your order. Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. All returns must be sent with Delivery Confirmation. USPS tracking numbers are great for delivery confirmation. We need proof it was mailed, and you need proof it arrived! You may also return your purchases in person at our Branson, Missouri location.
In-Store Return Policy:
